Looking for a pupgrade?
Nails and Tails offers private and compassionate grooming services for dogs right from our home in central Alameda. We are a husband and wife team, who serve one client at time performing everything from nail trimming to full dog grooming.
We only see one dog or household of dogs at a time, and will text or call you when they are almost completed. Most grooming appointments take around 45 minutes before you pickup while nail trimming just takes a couple minutes.
Pricing is dependent on coat condition and temperament. Please contact us via call, text, or email for scheduling and pricing. We have been providing a quality, fast, and low stress grooming experience since 2011.
Serving Alameda for over a decade
We are two animal lovers who have extensive backgrounds as kennel technicians, veterinarian assistants and assistant technicians. Both of us started in the pet supply field where we gained knowledge in animal supplies and learned what works and what doesn't. From there we moved on to the veterinary field working in animal clinics and hospitals where we gained skills in basic animal care and maintenance. We also worked in animal grooming, emergency care and the recovery process. Our passion for animals only grows with each piece of knowledge we gain, and every animal and owner we help.
